The Fylde CNC factory features state-of-the-art precision CNC multi-axis machining cells. Parts are machined in a single process, resulting in a finished component from one machine.
We have a broad technical capability, with simple or complex products from 3mm diameter to 65mm diameter capable of being designed for production.
We can manufacture components to tolerances of +/-2 microns (+/-0.002mm).
We can also manufacture using a variety of materials ranging from stainless steels to more exotic materials, including:
